- 1lb Ground Turkey Meat
- 1 Large Egg
- 1 T Italian Seasoning
- 1 Cup Italian Breadcrumbs
- 1 T Minced Garlic
- 1/2 t Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
- 1/3 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1 t Dried Onions
- 1 t Salt
- 1/2 t Ground Pepper
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees
- Combine all ingredients together, (with mixer or by hand), until well blended
- Once the meat is mixed with spices begin to roll into balls
- Makes one dozen meatballs
- Put in 9×12 pan drizzle olive oil on eat meatball and cook 15-20 or until golden brown
