Good Morning!!
Another jammed packed day! Doug and I had a million things to do in the morning, and on limited time, because we had a wedding rehearsal to attend in the afternoon! Doug’s cousin Chris is getting married to the fabulous Jenna tomorrow!
I have to say I really love weddings! I know that’s probably a typical girl thing to say, but it’s true! I’m actually singing in the wedding! Something I used to do all of the time! Some of you may not know that for A LOT of years I was literally, “The Wedding Singer!!”
I started playing in bands when I was 15, and the band I performed with played at wedding receptions and bars!! You name a wedding song I’ve sang it more times than I care to admit!! “At Last,” “From This Moment,” “Unchained Melody,” still haunt me to this day! HAHAHA!! I vowed after doing that for over two years I would NEVER sing at another wedding! Well, of course it took me about two seconds to break the vow! Like I said before, I love weddings and when someone I care about asks me to sing OF COURSE I’m going to say yes. It’s an honor they would want me to be a part of their day! So wish me luck tomorrow, as I once again break my vow!! HAHAHA!
And last and most definitely not least, today is my Grandmother’s birthday!! Happy Birthday Ba!!
